If you become dizzy, the best thing to do is sit for a while, and have a glass of cold water. By the time you finish your water, you’ll probably already feel better. Still, don’t stand up right away, but continue sitting for a few more minutes.

If you’re feeling cranky, and numb, then that can also mean dehydration. Also, if you rarely urinate, too, you should be alarmed. All you have to do is remember when is the last time you had a glass of water.  If it’s been a while, grab some immediately.

How to treat dehydration? Luckily, there are ways to do it quickly before the problem becomes more severe. The first thing you should do is stop whatever you’re doing and have some water. If you can’t make a break at that precise time, make sure to do it as soon as possible.

We suggest you carry a water bottle with you at all times. You’d be able to have water whenever you feel your mouth’s becoming dry or you’re feeling dizzy. If you get a reusable bottle, you can keep filling it up.

Drinking water is the most important step, but there are also some foods that can help you with preventing dehydration. Foods like watermelon, cucumbers, and celery can make a big difference. If you don’t like drinking water, you can add some fruits to it to make it taste better. You can add slices of lemon, strawberry, and mint leaves to your water. No doubt, this will improve the taste of your water and make it much more enjoyable to drink.
